In tonight’s live poll, we want to know if you think that the House of Lords should be ABOLISHED for trying to delay Brexit.

Although their vote push to through an amendment about the rights of EU citizens remaining in the UK may not have much of an effect on Theresa May’s deadline to activate Article 50 by the end of March, it will still be an unwelcome headache for the government who simply wishes to act upon the will of the people and just get on with it.
Ministers have already said that they will brush aside any significant amendments to the bill as it has already been passed by the House of Commons with an overwhelming majority.
However, it has to be remembered that the House of Lords is unelected, and so this will be an even bigger kick in the teeth for the 51.9% of the population who voted Leave last year.
Is it time for this ‘relic’ to be retired permanently?
